Extreme Power
One fixing can hold 90kg cantilever loads in all solid building materials including breeze blocks
Simple Install
The only heavy duty single part dot and dab fixing, no messing around with extra pieces
Duo Technology
Using the famous Duo component technology the fixing comprises of a grey nylon expansion element and a red re-enforced fiberglass shaft
Zero Movement
There is ZERO plasterboard deviation under the ultimate loads when using the fischer DDF, the re-enforced fiberglass shaft protect the board material from the highest load strain
Reduced costs
Due to the load strength of the DDF less fixings can be used compared to alternative fixings
More Safety
Relax in the knowledge that the fischer DDF has been tested to the highest demands and that fischer quote only the recommend loads and not the failure loads

The new fischer DDF for Dot and Dab walls is a game changer for the industry. The DDF is the only Dot and Dab wall fixing that can hold 90kg loads in all base materials at a standard offset of 22.5mm. This includes; Breeze blocks, brick, hollow block and concrete.

There are no extra parts required during installation of the DDF. Making absolute installation ease for the installers, with heavy loads that can be relied upon. Super Quick, Super Strong.

fischer DDF Explained

Similar to the DuoLine range, the DDF is designed with 2 part component technology; the super strong nylon expansion zone that will work in nearly all base materials is designed to mimic of technology in the SXRL frame fixing, and the glass fibre re-enforced shaft to bridge the gap in between your plasterboard sheet and your wall. The shaft also stops any movement at all from the plasterboard.

The red glass fibre re-enforced section is super stiff to bridge the void gap and allows for a max 45mm offset from the wall. Normally though your void should be around 10mm.
The Red fibreglass re-enforced shaft section of the fixing stops the plasterboard being pressured by the bracket and the item you’re hanging which is the biggest problem with this kind of application and can cause plasterboard deviation or breakages.

During the install the small nylon wings expand out of the plug, sitting behind the plasterboard sheet keeping a strong hold for the fixing and further helping to stop any plasterboard movement.

The fischer DDF really quick and really simple. No extra parts needed, no special tools, no fiddly expansion steps, just super high loads that you can rely on and absolutely zero plasterboard movement. Game Changed!
