Facades Manager (South) - Full Time

Locations – Covering Oxford down to the South Coast of England

Renumeration - Competitive Salary, Bonus Package. Company Car, Employees Perks Package, opportunity to gain an ISM or ILM Qualification

Ideal Location - Outer London or Centrally within the area

Objectives and Duties:

  • Must have strong facades background in panel, fixings or full system sales
  • Dealing with engineers, architects, procurement, pre-works manager etc.
  • Providing technical onsite and office support to contractors and distributors
  • Maintain, build and develop relationships with the main facades contractors within your region
  • Communicating with customers/ potential customers in person, by phone, site visits and demonstrations. This is a semi-national role and travel across the UK is expected.
  • Be responsible for overseeing all major projects
  • Present CPD seminars, conduct Anchor testing at site and Anchor application recommendations
  • Conduct seminars/training for customers and contractors

Locations – Covering from Oxford, to South West London and South

  • Maintain and develop customer loyalty and support with both contractors and distributors

  • Primary contact for technical partners to develop and sustain ongoing business.

National Accounts Co-Ordinator – Full Time

Location – Internal role based in Wallingford, covering UK operations

Renumeration - Competitive Salary, Bonus Package, Employees Perks Package

Objectives and Duties:

  • Experience – min 2 years background in Sales Admin roles with an interest in Marketing
  • Provide direct support to selected national accounts, covering areas of marketing, e-commerce, finance and administration.
  • Monitor, record and review pricing and content of fischer and competitor products.
  • Provide a link between the National Accounts team and internal functions.
  • Liaise with the respective National Account Manager to implement improvements to online content.
  • Monitor, record and review pricing on selected national accounts’ websites/apps
  • Maintain a contact database for all national accounts in CRM
  • Produce monthly financial and activity reports and maintain commercial files on all national accounts
