Fixed point clip for ZeLa wall holder.
The ZeLa console is a component of the ZeLa wall holder, which thus forms the basis for the vertical level of the façade subframe as part of the BWM subframe system ATK 100. The console is fastened to the building substrate by fischer fixings and is available for various anchoring diameters. The associated ZeLa sword and clips are mounted into the console completing the wall holder. To allow for all common insulation thicknesses and façade projections, the swords are available in different projections. To compensate for the thermal expansion of the profiles, the wall holders are used both as fixed and sliding points. The fixed point created by the red fixed point clip absorbs the entire dead load of the façade panels and subframe system in addition to the proportional wind loads. As a sliding point, due to the two green couplings, the wall holder also ensures that the vertical profile can slide due to thermal expansion. The sliding point is also used to transfer wind loads. These fixed/sliding points suit both applications.
