CIC
The fischer cast-in channel range brings together fischer’s anchor knowledge of anchoring systems and the search for eliminating post-installed anchor drilling on and off site. Along with a huge portfolio of profile sizes including plain, and serrated HDG finishes, we have a comprehensive bolt range allowing the designer and installer to work with the most complicated and challenging of construction elements. Our engineers will guide you through process of channel design and selection, and where required will offer training to the designers utilising our inhouse design software which is free of charge. Once the specification has been made fischer then support the project from start to finish, ensuring the site teams are installer trained and progress checking the project to offer expert feedback. For the toughest of buildings fischer also have a Stainless Steel connector bolt, approved with our HDG channels, meaning we can go where the challenge takes us.
FCID
The fischer Cast In Device is one of the highest approved products in it’s class, it allows for the safe installation of many types of plastic pipes on site where fire protection is required. Quite often this product is over looked due to the fast paced nature of construction and the speed at which concrete is poured on site, this is why our technical sales and engineering team will be engaged with you from the first stone being moved. We work with engineers to demonstrate the amazing flexibility our FCID offers, in some instances our FCID can accept pipes 5-6 sizes smaller than installed for, this is essential for when there is uncertainty on pipe size locations. Likewise, our FCID has also been tested for cables passing through, yet another testing feature of our product that demonstrates our dedication to customer requirements and industry approvals. We have examined the market to such a degree that even if the FCID is damaged post installation, we can offer a solution to correct it, this saves untold effort and money on site.
